As we continue to grow our club and offering to our families, we are constantly in search of quality people to help lead our programs and provide the excellent training and player support we are known for. To that end, we are proud to announce we have appointed Jeff Gamayo as Director of Youth Development, Ages 8-12.

Jeff’s passion is teaching younger players, giving them a sound foundation to begin their volleyball journeys. Jeff has a very impressive track record, having coached beginner teams at a high level over the last 10 years for H2 and High Performance, in addition to his high school and junior high school coaching experience.

Jeff’s role will be to architect the youth program, including: establishing the standards and overseeing technical aspects of player development; monitoring the individual progress of our younger players; training and developing coaches in the 8-12 age ranges; and serving as a head coach of one of our youth teams as well assistant coaching where needed.

Jeff and his wife Tracy have three children, Sofia, Xavier and Ava, and all three kids are very involved in volleyball as players, coaches and referees.

Jeff also serves as the coaching director for Stratman Sports.
Please join us in welcoming Jeff to the Crossfire family!
